چکیده

The widespread use of pesticides poses significant risks to food and environmental safety. Imidacloprid is one the most effective neuroactive neonicotinoid insecticides against a broad spectrum piercing–sucking pests. A rapid, efficient, high-throughput analysis method for determination imidacloprid was developed in four minor crops with six matrices (bamboo shoot, winter jujube, fresh dry D. officinale, Fritillaria) by solid-phase extraction HPLC-MS/MS. procedure showed satisfying recoveries (72~111%) RSDs (1~13%). total 288 samples were tested China (Aba Luan). residues 100% detected officinale concentrations ranging from 0.048 1.550 mg·kg−1. also abundant Fritillaria (maximal concentration 0.021 0.063 mg·kg−1, respectively), followed bamboo which had lowest detection rate (6%). Using risk quotient (RQ) method, long-term (RQc) short-term (RQa) dietary further monitored. Based on this paper, RQc RQa 15.03% 0.0008~1.7604%, respectively. RQ values far less than 100%, showing that Chinese consumers face little health as result intake.
